When visitors browse this website, we keep a simple, anonymous count of which pages were viewed and when. This helps us and our clients understand what is working. We do not use advertising trackers.

All payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe sends us only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

We use your information to build and maintain your website, to contact you about your project, to provide support, and to keep your account working. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your information is stored securely with our hosting provider. Uploaded project photos and details are private — only you and our team can see them. Your website address and progress updates are visible only in your account.

Messages sent through the contact form are visible only to our team.

We keep your project information while you are a customer and for a reasonable time after, in case you return. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time — email clearframestudiopdx@gmail.com.

We use a single sign-in cookie so your account stays logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
