Terms of Service

To start a project you create a customer account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account.

You agree to give us accurate information about your business, and to only upload photos and materials you have the right to use.

We design and build websites for local and national clients. The scope of your website is set by what you tell us in your project form — the look you want, the products or services you sell, and anything else you share with us.

Your upfront payment covers the design and build of your site, including unlimited revisions while we design it and daily support from a real person.

We charge a one-time setup fee to start building your site, based on the package you choose: Essential ($495), Professional ($1,495) or Premium ($2,995). After we send you your demo site, your website plan continues monthly at $75, $149 or $395 respectively. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

The monthly plan keeps your site online and running, and continues the same benefits: unlimited revisions, updates and daily human support. If a payment fails, we may pause or take down the site until the account is brought up to date.

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting us. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.

While your site is being designed, revisions are unlimited — tell us what to change and we will change it. After your site goes live, you can request changes at any time and we will handle them as part of your monthly plan.

Support is from real people, every day. We do not use AI chatbots in our support.

Before your site goes live we send you a demo link so you can review it. Once you are happy, we connect it to your live website address.

The demo is built for you to review; it may not be published, resold, or shared as your live site until the monthly plan begins.

You own your business name, logo, photos, and text that you provide to us. You grant us permission to use them to build and promote your website.

Once your site is paid for and live, the design and code of your website belong to you. We may reference the fact that we built your site, and may show anonymized examples of our work.

We only use photos and materials you have the right to use. If a claim is made about content you provided, that is your responsibility.

You may ask us to delete your customer account and project at any time. If you cancel before your demo is delivered, the upfront fee is refundable; after the demo is delivered it is not, because the design work is complete.

If your monthly plan ends and you do not renew, we will take your site offline. You can resume at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
